Shangtang Shuzai Cai

Shuzai Cai, also known as Yigan Cai or Tianlvxiang, is a tender stem and leaf that grows on trees. It has high nutritional value and is grown in our pollution-free scenic mountainous areas.

There are slimming fish, wild river shrimp, catfish, yellow boned fish, and shells inside. When we steamed this fish, we only added oil and salt.

Steamed slimming fish

Slimming fish is a type of fish that we catch in a fish pond and then raise in mountain spring water for about 120 days. During this period, we do not feed it any food and only add oil and salt when cooking.

Luokeng bamboo shoots braised earth pork

Qingxin District is the origin and main production area of Luokeng bamboo shoots. Because there is a village near Gulongxia called Luokeng Village, it is called Luokeng bamboo shoots.

We have chosen Qingyuan Black Mane Goose, which is listed as one of the four famous and excellent goose species in Guangdong Province. After one hour of careful cooking, its meat is even more delicious, tender and juicy.
